Sadly, it seemed like most business transactions or shady these days, and I haven't had I havent had a very good experience in many of my purchases throughout my thirty nine years but after coming into central avenue dental ...this place has given me hope to the future of the world. I needed this. I lost my partial so I came in here to get a replacement.. Everybody was so kind and very helpful. They honored a credit from years ago that I forgot I had with no issues. Got me right in and out, got my replacement at a very reasonable price. Great customer service and All around great experience! Im glad I came here. I normally don't leave reviews but after the experience I had, I felt like I needed to show my appreciation of a rare occurrence in this world these days. ~ Benjamin

Me recomendaron esta clínica hace 2 años y me sigue gustando el servicio, la amabilidad de la recepción, la manera que la gerente, Cindy da la información de los precios y el plan a seguir para el cuidado de los dientes es muy funcional. Los doctores muy eficientes al igual que las asistentes, y además los horarios para seguir tu cuidado dental son flexibles lo que en otras clínicas hasta se molestan. ~ CHuy G

Excelente servicio, fui por una limpieza dental, y estoy en medio de un procedimiento de ortodoncia para correccion de mordida, gracias a Yaneli, que fue quien realizo la limpieza, muchos tips y un trabajo muy profecional fue mucho menos incomodo de lo que me habia imaginado. I was a walk in with my back left side bottom tooth decaying at the gym line hurting like heck. This particular day there didn't seem to be a chance to get seen cuz their power supply and the xray computer wouldn't reboot. But they jump to work and seen me without xray and stopped the pain and scheduled an appointment for later, then as I was about to leave they got the computer up and took x-rays then did a canal and crown sent me home all better with antibiotics and something For pain for the weekend all with a reasonable payment plan and a wonderful staff. I love this place its my new dentist and I will tell everyone to go here ~ Kenny V

I had recently wrote a negative review. I was having a serious issue with billing where I thought I was being billed double. But turns out it was because of the insurance company and their weird pricing or something. Anyway, I’ve changed my negative review to a positive one because of the fantastic customer service Isabella the Office Manager had given me in fixing my issue. I would recommend this place solely because of her customer service and being open Saturdays. Make sure you absolutely confirm the pricing with them and your insurance company before you get service done. Don’t want to be blindsided by the insurance company! ~ Dakota W

Of all the dentist offices I visited I felt the most comfortable and welcome at Central Ave. I got my tooth extracted a month ago by Dr. Joshi, he talked me through the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Today I got a SAP Deep Cleaning from Ines. She was so sweet and personable and made the entire procedure go quickly and smoothly. She was attentive and noticed that I was still feeling a bit of pain and made sure that I got more Anesthesia until I was completely comfortable. She made todays experience that much better and my teeth feel amazing ! Thank you Ines! ~ Champayne M

The customer service here is great. I came for a deep cleaning and a couple of teeth extractions. The staff is great from the front desk to the dentist Dr.Ramit Joshi. Alina is great at what she does,she walks you through the process,answered all my questions. Also,the hygienist Ravneet was great made me feel comfortable through the process. Also, there was a bump when they got ready to extract the teeth and Robert explained that stitches needed to be done,and made me feel comfortable. I recommend this place everyone ~ Rossana R

I had the best dental experience ever at Cental Ave. Dental in Kansas City, Kansas. Dentist Dr. Mathew Draper is a very fun loving Dentist with a great attitude!!! He makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed with his kind smile. He makes sure you understand every step of your dental procedure before he starts working on you new smile. I have to say I have been scared of dentists. But today I was going in to get an antibiotic, but Dr Matt pulled a tooth that I have waited a long time to pull it. Why I waited I had very bad experience when I had my wisdom teeth pulled. My sinus cavity was was ruptured. I also had a crack in the right side of my jaw dry socket in my twenties. I had braces for 5 years as a teenager. One visit to have my wisdom teeth pulled ruined it until now.. thank you central ave dental. ~ Marie G

I can honestly say as soon as you walk in, you feel welcome by front desk nice comfortable waiting room very clean! Estella was very excellent at taking my x-rays, no pressure, explained my dental work I needed very well answered all my questions I asked, she also explained my next visit very well, and her DR. The entire staff were very polite and informative. My intake for my appointment was fast, medically complete and my wait was short! X-rays were not as uncomfortable as I have had I the past at previous dentists and they were very thorough with them covering everything! Dr. Grace was very nice with great patient care. She and the dental assistant listened to me and my concerns very well. They gave me a complete patient treatment list including the price without insurance!! ~ Jacqueline S

I was really scared to get my tooth pulled because of a traumatic experience with an extraction a year ago. But today I went in for an event for a free service & the dentist was amazing. Made sure I was completely numb & was gentle & talked me through it. The assistant was great as well. I would recommend them for sure. It was really busy & they still took care of everyone like they were a regular patient. I'll be going back for future work. ~ Shelly
